BUTTONLIGHT’s first interaction into extended reality was in 2015 when we utilised the studio systems of the Imaginarium, involving over 40 IR cameras 3 full time coders 200m square of projection. now the technology has come along a long way. Now using dedicated media servers, Notch, filmed content and any other creation tool that is required to facilitate the job.

We have taken the brief worked out the best way to make it look as required, sourced/ supplied all of the equipment and specialist crew.

In the past Buttonlight has enabled AR on several films many commercials, music videos and futuristic projects. Pirate film in west london studios (set in the caribbean), London skyline in Norfolk.

One producer commented that “It looks too good, because it looks like it was done in post” on an in camera shot for a Huawei commercial.
